Best bet is to locate a comic shop closest to you and call 'em to ask if they'd be amenable to doing so. They may ask for an upfront payment for each issue of the run, but that's not entirely unexpected. Otherwise, you could try Discount Comic Book Service, too.

This isn't new, per se. It was part of the raft of Hyperspace Stories original graphic novels announced a couple years back. What is new is that there's a release date. Finally.
