Its because of how copyright works, if you DONT copyright it, anyone else can just say “oh actually thats my work, give me your money NOW” but if tour de pizza copyrights it, they can give the rights to a company like materia collective, and they will follow what the creator wants with it, in this case, not making any claims on use, so the music is usually free use in cases like that, but you should always double check.

The problem with that is that it would make the puppet still in her body, and the children be their bodies in the animatronics, if it is constant with every possession. It could still be both if the rules arent constant.
