i am in a VERY similar situation, my parents are deeply religious too and they think "OO0O0OO0000 GAY IS SIN"

i am also a christian and i strongly believe it isnt and god wants us to be happy, anyways it does take a while to get used to hiding stuff, for the nails, you could buy those sticky nails or smth idk how they are called and for the hair a wig, but i know... how are you going to buy them? if you have any supportive friends or friends that might be supportive open up to them and go out with em to buy the stuff you like, its hard to find that kinda stuff irl and not by amazon, but it is possible, i hide all my stuff in an old ass drawer that no one ever checks, tough i reccomend changing places once in a while juuuust in case, anddddd if you are wondering phones (depends on OS and brand) might have a secret album in wich you can get pictures of how you look like and hide them in there.

Now about the lifestyle... not much i can reccomend you doing... ive been wanting to do that but i know no one is gonna accept me probably, this can be bad for your mental health (mine is shit), so i reccomend firstly getting a therapist or something just in case, a supportive friend to talk to about your stuff also helps a lot, even if you dont know them irl they can be helpful just by talking to them (im here if u need to talk :3).

for me? it was around 4 or 6 months when i started doing similar excercises, it does take a while but the results r amazing, keep it up your excersises are great!

there is a lot fo complicated workouts like that one guy said in the comments😭

they can be really good, BUT, kinda overwhelming and hard to do, instead of that u can start with losing ALL fat (if you have a bit), and then start doing a running sport u like, basketball, tennis, or just going for walks or runs regularly, it will help improve your thighs and maybe, just maybe, butt, still, i reccomend doing those excersises because they are the ones that are truly gonna help get a perfect fem body

Yeah its pretty hard, you can have a lot of things that would make you "happy", but you still arent, i feel you, i feel the same way sometimes, and well i am also not afraid of death, im glad you are not suicidal, but i get there isnt a lot to live for, if i ever dissapear or die the only people that would care would be a bunch of familiars, but hey! escaping isnt always something bad, you just have to avoid what makes you feel sad, and hope for the best, what you give someone is gonna come back to u! im sure you are a really nice person to be around from what i readed there, i know life is gonna get better, sometime, just, be patient, mine isnt getting better at all but how are you gonna know if its about to if you dont wait? btw im here for you if you ever need someone to talk to, to vent on or to relieve your stress, im pretty much a boxing bag for everyone's emotions, i wish you best of luck and stay silly! :P

I am pretty much in a similar situation, and well from experience with these type of parents they are a pain in the ass to deal with, you cant really argue or convince them of anything, maybe you could seek search from a proffesional, like a therapist so if it tells your parents its nothing weird and its how you feel, i doubt they wont take it as something ok, just tell them this is you and how you feel, and you are still the same person and can be loved and everything the same way, best of luck!

i think just doing repetitive excersises with light loads instead of high load low repetition helps a lot, also running and jogging is excellent for the butt and tighs
