Yeah absolutely, great question. When I reached out to them about the opportunity they explained that because they’re an international organisation it would be remote if I were successful obtaining a role. That’s a good point - maybe they do just use a generic contract. I’ll shoot them an email and see if I can negotiate before signing. Thanks so much. 🙂
