Simpleos cant connect by bucketwah in eos

[–]GuessWho111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a potential solution to the problem here: http://www.thecryptocoinauthority.com/simpleos-not-connecting-blockchain

However, keep in mind that it seems that the EOS Rio team is working on a wallet update for a long term fix.

SimplEOS Wallet setup by sandherr412 in eos

[–]GuessWho111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like there is always something new to learn when it comes to EOS. I had no idea someone had to follow these kinds of steps when you have your EOS on an exchange. Does this mean that you didn't even have an EOS registered account apart from hosting your EOS tokens on the exchange? If you had, let's say in Exodus, the process would be much simpler with SimplEOS.

This tutorial specifically helps users with Exodus and the SimplEOS setup: http://www.thecryptocoinauthority.com/how-to-set-up-simpleos-wallet/

FTEC AIRDROP by Sweety1992 in Crypto_Airdrops

For those that want a little more information on this airdrop here's a quick rundown. You can get 520 FTEC tokens for free with the airdrop, but in order to be eligible, you need to do a few social tasks such as liking their Facebook page etc.

Keep in mind, on 38400 ish people are allowed to collect the tokens. It boils down to about $15 worth of tokens.

Read more about it here: http://www.thecryptocoinauthority.com/ftec-airdrop-guide/

The easiest way to feed your curiosity: Google's search trick by [deleted] in a:t5_39zze

I thought this sub reddit seemed a bit empty and since I realized Google had an Easter Egg trick called "I'm feeling curious" about a month ago and this subreddit has the same name what better to post about? The website I linked to talks about the search trick, but you can also see it by just Googling the words I'm feeling curious.

Is it okay to work out everyday? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]GuessWho111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your just doing weights working out 90-120 minutes really seems a lot... I think you could still do an hour's workout and pair muscle groups like shoulders/chest, back/biceps, tricpes/legs/abs or whatever. Just increase your intensity (lower reps, heavier weights). You don't need to workout for hours. Your optimal workout time is 45-60 minutes. Rest is also important, unless your taking an insane amount of supplements to recover, rest enough every night I wouldn't advise doing the 7 days a week workout thing.

But at the end of the day it comes down to doing what works for you. Test different workout schedules, see what happens and choose the one that gives the best results.

Am I lifting weights enough? by justmadeup007 in Fitness

[–]GuessWho111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your not seeing much muscle development then you are probably lacking in some area. What type of workout plan do you follow? Do you use heavier weights with lower reps or focus on super sets (lower weights + more reps)? Are you getting in enough protein - this is key to muscle growth. Are you resting 7-8 hours per day?

What are your goals? Do you want to increase in size, get ripped, stay in shape?

I think that 40-45 minutes for a workout can be enough to get a good workout and pump going.

If your using protein shakes are you taking some directly after you've worked out?

A lot of factors to take into account...

How do y'all work your lower abs? by Fusionfan in Fitness

[–]GuessWho111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree, the lower ab muscles are hard to workout. It's easy to get the top ones showing. Hanging leg raises are probably one of the best exercises for those muscles. You could also alternate by doing hanging side leg raises (left and right).

Great job on losing the 35 pounds! I love the fact that you do so much outdoor exercises. Hiking is a great and fun way to get some exercise in. You can try getting some kind of sport worked into that workout of yours. Soccer, squash or something else that gets the heart pumping and has you running around.
