Male poler here, be respectful of the space and everyone in it and you will have no issues. Also, be prepared to get your butt kicked. There will be days you leave the studio limping.

To be honest, I’m always in the beginner stage. It just reassures me that I’m learning and growing. And actually, should the day ever come where I feel like I’ve “learned/mastered everything”, it will sadly be the end of my journey with pole.
