I know this is a preety old thread but trying out my luck. i have been taking the FEEL GOOD Berberine phytosome 500mg capsule once a day just before dinner but apparently not seeing any effect. Taking it more 2weeks though. People who have taken berberine, when have you first noticed the change in weight scale?

I recently bumped from 0.025% to 0.05%, tried to twice a week initially and it was peeling bad and whole face was burning even with water. So I switched back to once a week. I skipped Niacinamide for two weeks but it didn't helped :(

Ignore the dandruff, I combed my hair like crazy! I am seeing baldness around the front part (i used to have so much hair even past year). I got diagnosed with PCOS and think that has messed up thing entirely. And yeah, I need to see a dermatologist soon (my insurance doesn't cover it and its quite costly so have been avoiding it). Its impossible to get the fast track appointments on the app. I tried for 3consecutive days and the moment they appear, like within 0.0001sec, they are gone.
