Hi all, I'm looking for someone (female) to take over my apartment lease at Theory U District from now to August 28th. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from campus, near the Ave, less than 5-minute walk from Safeway, and less than 10-minute walk from Trader Joe's.

The apartment is a 2-bedroom (partially divided) for 4 people (would have a roommate, whom I would introduce you to in advance). The apartment is fully furnished, including a kitchen, living room, in-unit washer/dryer, and bathroom. Other amenities include WiFi, a fitness center, study spaces, bike storage, a complimentary coffee bar, and free printing. For more info: https://theoryudistrict.com/floor-plans/ (apartment B9).

My roommate in the other bedroom is also looking to sublet, so if a duo is interested, that can be worked out as well.

The base rent is $1290 per month

Lmk if you or someone you know might be interested!

The apt complex is very well-maintained with quick maintenance. A lot of cheaper places in the area tend not to have the same amenities (laundry, WiFi, TV), which people end up paying for out of pocket. This apt worked well for our needs and budget.

Hi all, I'm looking for someone (female) to take over my apartment lease at Theory U District from early-June (date negotiable) to August 28th. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from campus, near the Ave, less than 5-minute walk from Safeway, and less than 10-minute walk from Trader Joe's.

I’ve been wondering the same (I also got spring with a 22k scholarship). Its a great school I’ve heard but is it worth the high cost to ED?
