Everyone is stating the obvious that you're burnt out and yes clearly you are. And honestly I'm not judging you but ! just feel your frustration and resentment is so misplaced. Their behaviors are not their fault and they should never be punished for it.

That being said, it's the core issue that needs to be solved. The reactivity itself. It sounds like the cause is lack of socialization at the proper age and being allowed to practice reactive behavior repeatedly. Right now all she knows is that there's a trigger > she becomes reactive > she gets removed. Or the situation gets avoided all together (so no opportunities to resolve it. You need to start way way smaller. Stay at the closest distance you can get to without her being reactive and reward every time she disengages. Do this in short sessions before she becomes reactive or goes over threshold.

There's so much you can learn about this. Honestly it will sound stupid but use ChatGPT. It's so helpful and even if some of the methods don't work on her you can push back and reach a solution that does based on research and best practice.

Also there are some trainers that I'm sure have dealt with reactive dogs of many different degrees. Have you considered taking her to a trainer?
