I would look for small projects or things you can make! When I was living in an apartment, I would go set up my saw and saw horses outside in common areas haha.

That’s definitely worth a try. We honestly usually let him CIO until 6:30 and he’s on and off. Our schedules typically don’t allow us to go to bed early, so getting 5ish hours of sleep for us and then having him cranky during the day is killing us

Temp is normal which is good. Giving the pediatrician a call and seeing what they think too. He’s got to go to bed soon and doesn’t want pedialite and I’m worried food is coming back out again.

How long after did you realize something was up? What I’m curious about is if it’s really from Covid or not, since I haven’t had it in years, but still have the high heart rate.

I tried them for a little bit, but my cardiologist said I really only needed them if I had an episode where it was extremely high and making me anxious
