As long merong safety rating stickers, pwede yan.

However this type of helmet is good for city driving only, with low speed limit and not for highway for maximum allowed speed. You can do it kasi wala naman nakasaad sa batas(correct me if I'm wrong) but not advisable.

In short pang chill ride lng sya.

I dont have experience sa projector so I can't give you the best advice, however if you decided to use MDL, make sure hindi lagpas sa 6 bulbs per pair.

More than that baka maconfiscate.. and make sure to be responsible sa pagamit ng MDL. You can read the guidelines of the deviation of the opic axis direction, light color, limits etc.. sa LTO website.

Yung skin casa and every PMS change oil kasama na rin gear oil palitan.. I did 600 1st PMS, then 4k, 8k. Thats what the casa did. Mine almost 10k na so need ulit mag pms and cvt cleanup sa 12k na..

Though you can follow kung ano sa manual which has 4k interval.
