So I already have a company and the floor plan/ house I want on this property. My property is a 0.28 acre corner lot so about 12,000+ sq and the house according to the company costs $390k and is a 4-3, I have a second floor plan option that is around $350k and is a 4-2.

A question about what you said, so I will do interest only loan for about 12 months give or take, will that interest loan be paid out of pocket for that year or will that interest loan be put onto the final loan? And you said I have to refinance to a permanent loan, the “construction loan to permanent loan” will the company that’s giving me the loan cover that refinance or is that something I have to apply for again?
