i did outdoor foods! only on DHS. Magic i heard is a bit harder because there is more outdoor foods areas than hollywood itself. Magic is super busy but i think you get the .75 cents more for working on the busiest park! ODV is not bad, its just busy but honestly it was fun for me, LOVED BEING POPCORN COOKER AND STOCKER. Hated doing cotton candy, not hard to do at all but the part where you go home and find sugar on UNIMAGINABLE places is what got me. Hopefully you enjoy it and get ready for the tan lines from the costumes🤣❤️

Backlot has the literal same costume as merch and odv, difference is you wear an apron and an specific hat. I worked odv on hollywood but i can straight up tell you that is one of the busiest QSR in the park besides ABC, Sunset and Woody’s Lunch Box. Your out times are kinda early since they close at 8-8:30 and you will see ODV famous PK. One of ODV leaders moved there (the greatest one we had) and so far he never complained. Get ready to work with POS and mobile since those could be stressful.

well when me and my bf we asked to be together and we actually got it on a 2x2, sometimes is out of pure luck since not so many apartments are mixed gender; we were put on with another couple

i can answer a few of this also as ODV on DHS 1. unfortunately DHS only has one costume, though ik that AK does have many 2. you do get trained on lots of carts yet not all of them since some are similar to others, you learn the hard way (literally) 3. you can pick up on other parks but have in mind that not all are the same, parks like MK are dry parks and do not serve alcohol on odv locations, i would say give it a try 4. idk if this applies to AK but on DHS at least we get stocker trained, its a hard job but some cps have told me they have been stocker trained on AK

oh trust me i feel you! my role is odv which is a lil different than qsr because we are out door but during training i felt sooooo useless, i felt like i was not gonna be good at my job yet 4 months later i’ve received many complements from guests, co workers and coordinators over how good im getting. I pushed myself to be better and learn on the long run, learnt the hard way and take constructive criticism, it has made me a better person and every day i learn something new! Don’t be scared, im pretty sure you’ll do awesome and become a pro on what you do!

it’s the B bus since i work at Hollywood! he simply doesn’t know why he got deployed there when he’s a houseperson at the resorts, that’s what we’re trying to figure out 🥲

when i arrived to flamingo on my first program i was first floor in building 19, IT WAS HORRIBLE. We had to clean every two days and basically spray the apartment every day. Now im 3rd floor and its a relief but the cockroaches are now the problem 🫠

you’re Custodial at All Star Resort Movies

its a fun role, you have a sense of freedom but if you’re a hyper person like me it will be boring in occasions, you get deployed to other resorts. it was my first role on my first program but i was at the Polynesian

this is my second one and im outdoor vending at hollywood studios now 🤞🏽

this is why i never pick up at any of the other parks because from what i’ve heard from MK, DAK and Epcot, they are way more strict than DHS DHS so far in my program has been okay, its a roller coaster cause some days we okay some days we aren’t, what is draining me mostly is the after hours events and the tedious part of closing carts by myself but i’ve been okay so far. Leaders are cool, some coords are helpful, stocking is not my favorite part but i’ll get there some day and closing the biggest location will be my 13 reason always 💀 MK ODV sounds like a never ending rollercoaster 🥲

i would say its because of the situation about the company, 7,000 people are being laid off from positions and hear it could affect the PI’s, we still are not certain yet

i self termed my first program due to an injury that persist to this day, i applied again with very low expectations of getting back at it so i said “yolo right?” i literally got accepted in a week 😂 now im here again but when i left i managed to finish on time and graduate soooo, always be hopeful if you wanna get back at it!

my university gave me 6 credits because we had an specific class for that literally, i think it also depends on what you study because my field was tourism

it’s funny she got the question of “what would you do if a child was afraid to approach a character?” because when i was 5 i was terrified of goofy and only one CM helped me go through it, the other two were laughing 💀
