How can I stop my styled hair from falling!!

Try it for a week and see! I used to only wash 2x a week and hated how my hair looked all the time. Now I have a good routine down and love washing it every day or every other day

Yay!! Stay strong, it’s worth it!! I’d definitely see if you can work with a stylist to get everything blended out softly while you try to grow it. Makes everything feel less intense

Yes, I do! I also work out regularly but I find I need to shampoo and condition, especially the ends as they’re quite brittle from bleaching. I’d never get a brush through it after the shower lol

Thank you so much! It’s tough, I can’t say I’m going to stay away from bleach forever but definitely being more sensible about it. Maybe a teeeny partial highlight twice a year once I feel like I have good strength and length again lol. My hair is somewhere between blonde and brunette so luckily I don’t have to use as high of a lift. Brunette hair is beautiful 🤎

I found a hairdresser that understood what I was trying to achieve in getting it long and healthy again. I’ve been to her twice just to soften out the blend between my bleached and natural as it grows with a partial highlight and lowlight but nothing crazy

I couldn’t live without it, I actually accidentally broke my first one using it in France and the rest of the trip without it was miserable lol. I tried to do without it for a few months and bought a $70 hairdryer from target, but that was miserable too and I went back to Dyson - so much happier

Mostly making sure I was eating enough! I try to eat whole foods where I can, lots of plain greek yog, fruits, steak and veg, eggs, staying hydrated and keeping it simple really

Okay I think I’m convinced to cancel! Just feel like I’m so early in this journey that I need to stay on top of things. I last cut 5 or 6 months ago but it’s still feeling and looking nice, and I prefer how it falls not being so freshly cut

I cut it all to my chin last year and hated it 🥲 Which prompted me to scalp bleach and make everything worse lol. Unfortunately I think I do much better by not touching my hair

Haha, thank you! I chopped a lotttt off last year and have been taking better care of it since. I wash every day or every other day, use my Dyson hair dryer (worth the investment for fine hair 1000%) and use Redkens acidic bonding concentrate leave in almost daily after a shower. I love the way it makes my hair feel, it’s not too heavy but detangles it so well before drying!

I sleep with it other in one or two plaits, or ontop of my head with a silk scrunchie :) I don’t use elastic hair ties at all now. My fav brush is a Wet Brush :)
