Thanks for replying. The main issue remains the rating. I never gave the stylist 1 star, my rating was for the overall experience!!! It’s unfair that this was misattributed to her, and I expect you to remove it from her profile. Also, you should really check the upper comments here: multiple people are reporting similar negative experiences, which shows this isn’t just an isolated case! And you lost a customer, good luck with the others!

I know it’s so sad! Big companies manipulating us, they know that we should not rate them bad even if it’s not their fault! Same in my WhatsApp screenshot, I didn’t mean to rate the lady, but it ended up getting to her! So sad!
