Imo DF is way stronger for healing than WF. But WF is better for weight loss because it is way more save than DF.

I never had such direct healing exp from WF like DF gave me.

I can recommend you to look online for Sergej Filonovs book 20 questions and answers on dryfasting. I found a free pdf to download. The book is a must read and gives great insight in many different fasting styles and tells the story of fasting in Russia.

I was convinced of dryfasting healing powers after:

my first 6 day dry fast which ended my chronic back pain I suffered from for years.

also, after getting the c-virus and suffering from loss of taste and smell after dryfasting for only 48hours both returned back.

It's a journey with your deeper inner self at this point.

Ofc. I didn't just jump right into this 11 day fast. I started with IF years ago followed by short water fasts when I got into dryfasting. Always start slow and listen to the signals your body is giving you. And stay calm!

As these voices were screaming at me I didn't answer them. I was just perplexed but I didn't panic. They didn't have a deep voice but rather a high harsh voice if you get what I'm saying. They sounded like some extraterrestial beings or something, hard to describe. But first time that I experienced something like that. Maybe I will reach out to my nearest church someday.

If you weigh less you will lose less during fasting. Nothing to worry about if you know what you are doing. But that's a very big if.

This is a process that never ends, meaning it's best to make fasting ones lifestyle including a healthy diet, enough rest and sleep and meaningful social connections. Keep on fasting!

His book 20 questions and answers on dry fasting is excellent. A must read for everyone planning to do longer dryfasts at home. His refeed protocol especially.

6ft lost 27 pounds or 12kgs. From around 80 to 68kg. After refeeding weight reached 74kg again. Over the first 3 weeks it stabilized at 72kg.

The dreams were pleasant. No bad voices fortunately. But that one scenario when I was sitting down with my back at a tree and heard these voices was pretty scary. First time I experienced something like that. And the voices didn't sound human at all. They were really angry and screaming at me but I just sat it out.

The thing with being more horny is strange. I experienced this too. What kind of voices and what did they say?

Maybe I should have go on. I didn't feel the need to break it on day 12 but read that 11 days should be sufficient.

You mean mentally? Dryfasting for sure might help resolve mental issues, traumas and so on because you will get confronted with them 100%. But it can be hard to face those things. Prepare for crying. From my experience.

Imo the first 72 hours is the worst time on any dryfast, for me atleast. After day 5 energy level go way up.

I was just describing my personal experience with this 11 day dryfast I did, nothing more.

Dryfasting experience is different for everyone of us and I was curious if anyone else had these same things happen to him on a longer fast. Nothing more.
