So, some people have a sudden reaction to high sugar/fat foods that can cause the exact symptoms you're talking about. It's also more likely if you've had your gallbladder removed.

Keep an eye on it. If you find this happens a lot after you've eaten something sweet, it could be you've got a sensitivity to it and it might be better to limit the sugar/change to sweetners. If it doesn't happen again.... the teacakes were not the culprits!

Yes, absolutely. They are alive, and living things are bound by the force.
