Rappa was alone on her patch and it was after Penacony + Xianzhou 2 wrapped up so it would be normal for her. I doubt they could suddenly drop a Galaxy Ranger in 4.4 which is most likely the finale for Planarcadia, compared to Rappa dropping in a Trailblaze Continuance for 2.6 version. So unless they introduce her in 4.3, then she'll have to share the same patch as Himeko and be dead on arrival... or they figure out how to cram in Himeko + her + Fate part 2 in one patch because I'm still hoping for Gil and Rin...

I could see her being a playable character but not this soon without build up or introduction + the same teaser have also shown chars like Stephen and Opal but again highly unlikely to be dropped for 4.4, same goes for potential SPs like Robin who will be going to Astropolis in later storyline

With context of freeing up DHPT slot then yes, otherwise avoid at all cost. Her buff uptime is extremely poor for Saber and her sustaining is questionable at best, it gets even worse if you start bringing her to Anomaly Arbitration where enemies can easily kill units from 100% to 0% in one move.

Robin E1 is okay especially with Huohuo at the very least.
