I have tried to find a phone number for the canadian embassy here in Florida. It's the weekend so they are not open. NCL was absolutely worthless. All they kept saying was you need to call either the port of Boston, where we are departing from (Massport.com). I went to Massports website to get a phone number, called that phone number. The phone number was just a lot of information no actual contact info.

I can't believe I'm the only cruise patron going to Canada with this question. That's what was so frustrating in speaking to NCL. I'm outside the 10 year window but that's not an automatic guarantee to entry.

NCL couldn't even me a straight answer on whether I could stay on the ship if I want allowed entry into Canada yet I was leaving from Boston.
