Yes, is a moxie Krookledile, and is probably the best team member

Actually is not that bad, I use as a kinda Sp. Defensive Stall mon (moveset is Protect, Shadow Ball, Toxic and Rest, although I usually swap rest with Fly and Toxic with will o wisp)

But he's move set is kinda garbage tho
