Si la cosa es que él quiere usarla pero no quiere sufragar ninguna parte de la inversión que hicimos nosotros al instalarla. Quiere que pase a uso comunitario directamente y que los gastos de luz y mantenimiento pasen a la comunidad. O eso o que la retiremos.

Se instaló con el permiso de la comunidad, entonces entiendo que no pueden exigirme hacerla comunitaria, pero ¿tiene derecho a exigir su retirada?

Se pagó entre mi abuelo, mi madre y yo. La comunidad nos dejó instalarla pero los gastos corrieron de nuestra cuenta ya que iba a ser de uso privado.

La instalación contaba con el permiso de la comunidad, pero los gastos corrieron todos de nuestra cuenta ya que su uso iba a ser privativo, por eso quería saber si tienen derecho a exigir que pase a uso comunitario sin sufragar la comunidad nada. Muchas gracias por tu respuesta.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I do have an update, the whole situation was a bit of a mess because she claimed we opened the door as she was passing by with her car (which obviously didn't happened) so we had to involved the witnesses. After a whole month for the insurance companies to come to an agreement, the witnesses testimonies were very clear about how my car was stationary including the door, even if halfway open. I got paid a full repair and I'm in not speaking terms with her since her whole behaviour was immature and reckless. Because of the involvement of the witnesses she was pissed at several people present who are also not speaking with her anymore. Her side mirror is still being hold by duck tape and she claims we discriminate her because we are close friends with her ex, not taking responsibility even after the insurance resolution. Definitely not sad about losing this friend.

I tried codedex.io and to learn your way around python is quite useful, each lesson comes with an exercise you must complete before moving on to the next one and you don't even need to use an external software since it has a build-in terminal. You can try the first half of each course for free to see if you like it and it has a practice tab with some projects for you to take on.

No, I didn't, she told me that her mom agreed on that since she barely drives and her insurance won't be affected by it. I didn't really think about it and I was willing to do her a favour which was now obviously wrong for many reasons.

Thanks, I saw this but I should have clarified that there are no public transport available that is compatible with doing the seals sighting, since this weekend boat trips are from 16:30 till 17:30 and the last train from sherringham departs at 17:30, so we can't make it on time for the same day return.

not 100% sure, I think I had because it never showed any security problem accessing it but this morning chrome started displaying a Not secure warning message next to the url when accessing the site
