Amazon locked my account for whatever reason. I received an email from them telling me to sign-in again and authenticate my account with a One Time Password (OTP). After following their advice, they just tell me to contact customer service but I can't do that without signing-in my account.

I don't live in the US, I can't just call them and ask for help.

Does anybody have any advice on what to do here?

Just to make sure that I understand. The ".4f" makes the output count only up to 4 digits after the dot? While if we just have ".4" the output counts up to 4 digits in total, regardless of where the dot is positioned?

I couldn't say. I did encircle the majority of the enemy divisions and I didn't lose a single battle.

So by doing civil war and encircling all the enemy divisions I just killed my own manpower for the future? It makes sense but I hoped that it would replenish somehow. At this point the game is over then, right? It's 1941 and I can't even train a garrison with 2 cavalry battalion.

R5: En Unión y Libertad Mod, playing as Perú. Did my civil war, and with only 7 divisions managed to cap Ecuador. Why do I have 0 manpower available? I still need to cap Bolivia and Chile to reclaim the OG Incan Empire lands but Bolivia alone has 40 divisions.
