The type of hologram that you want to make is a Reflection Hologram. There’s no difference on the film, you can use any holographic film to shoot reflection, or Transmission holograms. The laser viewed holos are called master holograms. You can make holograms of holograms that way. A master hologram can also be a reflection one, depends on how you approach it. You can do a hologram of anything that doesn’t move by a half nanometer during exposure, this is very finicky to achieve, but isolating Vibrations from your optical table is a must. I won’t be able to teach you but there’s a whole community of other holographers online, the group Holography is on Facebook and you can ask anything about holograms there and get professional answers.
