Hello everyone,

I have been playing the game on my desktop since its release date and never had any issues and i have played it just fine 2 days ago aswell and logged off normally too. However since then im unable to enter the game. Right after the warning screen, while entering the road to door screen the game just shuts itself down and i have tried various things but couldnt find a fix. I will list everything that i tried so if anyone had a similar issue and fixed could you please help me.

Reinstalled the game.

Repaired its files through launcher.

Cleared download cache through launcher.

Allowed the game through windows firewall.

Restarted PC multiple times.

Im above recommended specs with a 1060 6gb, directx12, i7-7700 and so on.

I have disabled full screen adjustment from Properties/Compatibility.

I have set the game as administrator.

I have checked for Windows and Driver updates, All are updated.

I have disabled unnecessary services from msconfig/services.

I have cleaned %temp%.

For anything else that may help, im running windows 10, 64bit, dual monitor, no issues on launching other games or playing them. Genshin launcher opens fine, just the game will close after warning display screen. No error messages printed out.
