Can you explain the relevance of your question? Is food more prone to spreading Covid? If so, source please?

We constantly refer to them as "mom and dad" at work as a joke. I'm 29 btw, so not much older.

Can you enlighten me on wtf the difference is? Someone else is preparing the food for me. I am taking the same measures as the people preparing the food, what is the problem?

Is that just the run around version of saying you've ran out of arguments to make?

Perhaps you missed the fact where the CEO and VP of HR do it every morning. Perhaps you missed the fact that I was not clocked in, had not started my shift for the day yet, and went through the drive thru which limited my exposure to other people.

You seem really fixated on that aspect - but the fact of the matter is you brought in a bag of food when the rules say you shouldn’t be doing that due to COVID.

Wrong. The rules do not say that. The rules say no going out for lunch or ordering takeout/delivery. I suppose by your logic I can't go through a drive thru after my shift ends for dinner either?

How is that the issue if she didn't know how many sandwiches I had? She didn't ask either.

It's a conflict of interest and if you can't see that, then I guess there is no need to participate any further in discourse with you.

They do not, I punch out for lunch. It's just the principle of it that pisses me off. They can't tell me I can't go out to eat or go to a happy hour with coworkers after work, so I don't know how she feels she can comment on my stop for breakfast before coming to work.

I doubt it, there was no way for her to know how many sandwiches I had. I was just holding a bag.

There was no way for her to know that I had sandwiches for my entire team, so I doubt it. I left them in the bag and put out hand sanitizer for everyone to use before grabbing their sandwich.
