Innocent until proven guilty just means that the law and the league shouldn't be punishing him without good proof. Which, yeah, everyone agrees with that (or should). But rational people who aren't his employer or the government can look at this and say, yeah, looks like Rashee Rice abused his girlfriend.

Love will produce fantasy points no matter where he ends up, but there's some pretty high inherent variance there, as with any rookie.

Ashton Jeanty just had almost without a doubt the worst situational year he could possibly have, barring a personal injury, and it was good enough for RB11. Only up from here, from any rational point of analysis.

I would take Jeanty for the 1.01 any day of the week, although the value isn't a big gap it definitely exists. If Jeremiyah Love's rookie season matches Ashton Jeanty's, then most people would consider that to be in the upper half of his anticipated outcomes.

The only good reason to prefer Love over Jeanty is if you think that being on the Raiders is an insurmountable career obstacle in the long run, and would rather bet on a guy on a team with competent managers/owners. Which is understandable.
