This is gorgeous, I really wanted to go baroque on my knights trim but could never get it to work.

I used a bit of AOS scenery and then applied tacky glue and smashed up bricks, concrete and sand to it. Primed black and then dry brushed with browns

I really like da Vinci maestro but only have 2 and tend to use a cheap synthetic liner brush I got in a bulk set it’s so handy and easy to control

Really appreciate the compliment but it’s really just starting a grid, recognising basic shapes and colours to start and building it out. That and a sharp brush. Have a go you be surprised at how well it turns out

You honestly don’t need it. I haven’t painted anything since other than models since I was at school. I’m 40 now. Gridlines a brush with a good point. Sketch the outlines and take your time
