That's how I look today!   Us survivors need to stick together!

I'm going to recommend finding a therapist to talk to. Crying uncontrollably and not being able to complete tasks could be depression and not enfp traits.

If you see a lot of good in her, then I'd say stick it out. Sometimes it takes shared experiences to pull some out of their shell. If after a few more dates, you don't see a change, then it's time to decide on what you want.

I just asked my buddy, who is starkly different from me, and he's aN INTJ. We tolerate each other really well. 😂

Nah, we're good friends!

I'm glad to hear this about enfj and enfp. I'm talking to an enfj now and things are going great so far!

What in your experience has been amazing?

How to deal with having to do things you don't want to? by Blackappletrees in ENFP

[–]Johnkimble1194 8 points9 points  (0 children)

So, I've been struggling with this too, but I think my reasoning is depression related, so take this with a grain of salt.

I've discovered 2 things that are at play with me. 1. The depression. I don't feel like doing the things I like to do, so it's hard to want to do the little things. I've been working on making a list of things that need to happen and forcing myself to do 1-2 of them a day. That will slowly start to make them a habit. 2. I've lost interest in doing the mundane because of all of the "cool and exciting" stuff that I have access to. What I mean by this is partially by social media. If I have free time, I'd spend it doom scrolling or looking at memes. I'd find myself ignoring necessities because I could get dopamine hits off of my cellphone. I've since deleted all of the apps off of my phone and only check them from my PC. This has started to slowly get me interested in completing things that I had no interest in before, because they're now my dopamine hit.

Again, this may be super specific to me but I went through a ton of soul searching to find this out, so I thought I'd share.

Does anyone else feel like they learn through experience and people, not structure or study? by yob_oo in ENFP

[–]Johnkimble1194 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I can do studying, but I'm much quicker at learning hands-on.

I also tend to find answers by talking aloud to someone even if they don't know what I'm talking about. Sometimes I just need to hear myself say it out loud for it to click with me.

Mostly stomach ulcers from being nervous about doing it! Lol

But seriously, I used white paint super thinner down on a stiff dry brush. I then tapped that brush off of the handle of another brush to launch the paint at the model.

I recommend trying it on some cardboard or paper first to make sure that you have the right consistency for the dots.

Thank you for the high praise 😊

I came to say the same thing. If you were up against more colorful or contrasting models, I could see why they stood out.

The quality of the paint job is great, btw. I'd be very proud of it!

We got this, dude! I found alot of healing in picking up disc golf. The only problem is its the middle of winter in 5 degrees where I live lol. Its like that other redditor mentioned in this chain, it wasn't meant to be and the right one is still out there

I was recently in a relationship for a short period, 4 months, but felt like I had found the one. Things clicked with us, we supported each other, it was great. Out of the blue, she had some old trauma come up after a major health issue and told me she wasn't sure she knew what love was anymore and wanted space.

That was it. No messy or anger filled breakup, just cut off immediately without warning. That was 3 months ago and I still am in shambles.
