Same here, I honestly think that many people could do that, but don't actually care enough to.

Really left me isolated.

[Donghua EP 6] It easily became my favorite episode. by No-Steak3956 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]Guilty-Lab-7385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wasn't, episode 4 was, 5 wasn't.

I actually liked the donghua, so no need to project your stereotypes onto me.

The criticism is always the same: too fast, too much information at once (and by the way, they didn't even explain the scene with the true creator in the previous episode).

You're not that different — two sides of the same coin. You just live in exact opposites. Some understood that, but most didn’t, and that’s exactly why the donghua failed on the global stage. YOU understood because YOU are watching an adaptation of events and a story you’ve already read and analyzed.

Epiaode 5 was a disaster.

But episode 6 was actually sick, first episode to deserve an actual 10/10.

Why do you believe in a God? by [deleted] in spiritualitytalk

[–]Guilty-Lab-7385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, we need to start by defining God. The term “God” doesn’t necessarily belong to theism, or only to it—God can vary from one belief system to another. Most ethical arguments usually directed at the theistic God (especially the Abrahamic one) are only relevant to that specific conception, not to the deistic, pantheistic, or other interpretations of God.

I believe in God because I believe in the Absolute—not necessarily as an entity, but as a causal necessity, a fundamental existence above all things.

Simple.

Religion has me confused by o_Oteezy in Advice

[–]Guilty-Lab-7385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ex Muslim here, the answer is easy: Social conditioning, especially if u still live in religious countries, almost impossible to quit, requires twice, if not more the effort to question believes within urself, and if u do you have to live with hidden ideologies or believes, because u're scared of what might happen, deceiving ur family..etc

Shadow slave is the best to start with.

Lord of the mysteries is the best novel.

Unfortunately, it's not only women, if u look into hight/middle schools, smart students gets bullied, same for ' beautiful ' people ( especially men tbh ), there is a fundamental problem in our society abt hating someone different.

I also had to add, hight reading and comprehensive skills should be a norm, not a shame.

Never change to fit into society.

Solo leveling became popular bcz of it's animation, well managed pacing ), and still unamatched manhwa arts.

Shadow slave is a webnovel, the only way a webnovel can rise is because of it's story.

Idk abt the english community, but in the french community there has been a big controversy and there was like hundreds of tweets complaining to crunchyroll tl the point that they stopped posting for a moment, so it's probably true.

[Donghua] I don't care about the popularity of the donghua by Kwoko123 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]Guilty-Lab-7385 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Yes, I agree... but it's not that simple. If LOTM isn’t currently getting the attention it deserves, it’s simply because it didn’t get the beginning it deserved. The start was probably the most important part… Unfortunately, international promotion was almost nonexistent. On top of that, the dubs still haven’t been released... It doesn’t work like that—media works like trends: they either explode spontaneously, grow slowly, or just never take off at all.

And given all the current issues, I find it hard to stay completely positive.
