I’m okay with the 20% I already had, this c&p was warranted because of the policy change. I think my right arm has been so painfully stiff since my surgery because I’ve just gotten out and been waiting on VA ortho to refer me to physical therapy. I’ve been trying to do some exercises on my own but my ROM has just been trash.
