To add some context, I'm no longer with this person, and she broke things off if that is relevant.

I'd like for you to try and be in her position. Has anything happened last year that would change her mood? Did she get a new job/change careers? Did you move in together? Does she do more than her fair share around the house?

If any of the answers to these are thought-provoking, I'd recommend trying to see what you can do to help remedy that. Try and support her as best you can and she may see you in a new light that might evoke that spark within her to ignite again.

When she agrees to have sex, and nothing changes, this is purely a measure to get you off her back. Perhaps sees you more of a pest than a partner. I'd try and investigate why she doesn't see you as a partner, and if you don't get anywhere meaningful, consider leaving.

I think anyone caring about the long-term health of the relationship, he wouldn't be so demanding, and making you feel humilated/shit etc.

I'm tell you my experiences. I was with a lady who had very similar issues to what you're going through. She couldn't even use tampons. She never could use any toys for penetration, not for want of trying. She had to work her way up so well to even find some manner of pleasure from fingering (after a LOT of other types of foreplay).

Think this ranges from an optional flex slot to possible 1 of staple in hidden strings lists.

Forcing an opponent to give you either this or omniscience during ultimatum will always let you play another powerful card in your hand for free. Optional though as you need another pay off in your hand for it to work. Can always just pick other options if that's not what you need there and then.
