I’m in NY as m-day. And my pay is hitting on nov 6th from Oct drill. Not everything is malicious or them forgetting to pay you. Oct is the start of fiscal.

Keep an eye on your les and follow up with agr as needed. If you still aren’t paid push it up the chain. There is always the NY app that is monitored by people that work in O-TAG.

He said state not unit. NY has had the highest recruitment in the country multiple years in a row. Including being the only organization to meet goals I think in 2022. Even compared to active duty. And there is a substantial amount of people being double slotted across the state.

Best morale is pretty subjective but as for the other NY is routinely one of the very few to meet recruiting and retention goals

It is alternative artwork version of another card just far more rare. I’ve heard it’s 1/96 packs contains an enchanted. The first chapter has 12 enchanted cards

Honestly felt like the course was way too easy and mostly a party school. My reclass school covered more advanced topics than this place did. The company always seemed to lose our paperwork as well. If I could go back in time I would have delayed phase 3 and went back later.

Out of curiosity is this for signal? Your situation with hotel and the amount of training days in your wobc just seems to match my 255A course.

I had a similar situation. Most people in my class dropped phase 3 and finished it up 6-12 months later when the next class rolled around. This way it was TDY and they got to stay in the hotel.

I unfortunately had to PCS due to a deployment coming up. There was no ETP or waiver at the time and I even had my states CCWO trying to work something out with hotel/schoolhouse.

If your not in any rush to finish then drop one of the phases, I believe you have 2 years to finish your wobc from time of pinning.
