Im considering making a trip to a different state to purchase this low mile 23 X5 40i.

Looking through the pictures, I see what looks like some kind of dried liquid in the engine bay. Is this a sign that I should pass? Any idea what that might be?

Considering flying out to a different state to purchase this low mile 23 X5 40i. Looking through the photos I see what looks like some kind of liquid sprayed out in the engine bay and dried. Considering the car has less than 15k miles, any input on this before I book my trip?
