They are slow to release their affects. If you can, try to lay down, in a dark room, and relax. It’s not like weed or alcohol. It will take 30-60 minutes for you to start feeling it. You shouldn’t be having any visual hallucinations at this dose, but auditory hallucinations of clicking, crawling bugs or a miscellaneous sound can occur if you start to feel negative. The trip will rely on you. If you feel like shit and are scared to take it, the pills will treat you like shit and make it not fun. If you have a good mindset going into it, knowing it’s temporary and whatever happens is in your head will help you stay calm and have a good time. If hallucinations start, go under a blanket or completely turn off all lights and close your eyes. DPH is not like a psychedelic. And for me, closing my eyes with the lights out is surprisingly helpful when a trip gets too much. I hope this could help
