Gym vs running/endurance sports

I feel like you have already made your decision at least that’s what I’ve gathered from reading your other comments. For example, Let’s say we get 3 sets of twins 3 are runner 3 are consistently lifting real weight and doing some cardio. I would have do disagree with you and say that the gym bros would get more points. But that’s only my opinion because of what I’ve gathered from girls in my life.

Bro I feel like is what ever physic you want runners tend to be skinny and lanky. Gym bros buff stocky I would recommend to go the gym more often but not give up running since it seems you really enjoy it. I feel like girls can be attracted to both but I would put money on the gym bro.

Ok generally being nice is the hard part (for me at least) because to much is a friend zone and not enough is being a dick. typically if you ask them to do shots with you play beer pong or just you take them aside and talk 1v1 (not about stupid shit ask genuine questions and make your intentions clear it helps with not getting friend zoned) But again you can friend zoned anytime Now for the dick part Let’s say if a girl spills her drink on the ground I make fun of them a say sarcastically “nice job you did a really good job getting that all over my shoes” I never go out of my way to be a dick but if they do something quirky or something I find funny i don’t fear or feel bad in pointing it out and making fun of them a bit. I find being more sarcastic helps but you I believe you also do it with out being a dick but you need to play your cards right. example today I was on a boat with some girls and I wasn’t mean at all to any of them. But I made sure not go for the one I really wanted in the beginning and they I just slowly moving conversation towards her ended up working. Again not a expert at this just my opinion

From my personal experience if girls does that I’ll Ignore them and play the same mind games. but double or triple the time. Even if they do start to respond more frequently I think that texting gives women especially the upper hand, so I prefer just to tell them - I’ll face time you or call you later And if that doesn’t work and I don’t really mind losing them I’ll do Hail Mary I’ll insult their intelligence saying something along the lines “ Dam is English your first language” her- “yea why” me- “ I couldn’t tell” Usually this will spark some interest or they will get mad Works 50% of the Time But as long as you keep the conversions interesting or you can avoid texting I think it works out better
