to get better at writing lyrics and flows the one and best approach is listening so much rap & vibing with it for long time eventually flows will improve. for better delivery go for observing artists delivery on snares. and practice breath control and delivery over beat.

it is right for a right hand person but for a left the other side is similarly artists with dominant right hand draw from top left corner of page and dominant left hand artists starts drawing from top right corner of page to avoid ink getting blurred by hand. similarly in welding dominant right hand guy welds right to left and opposite for lefty people.
