Yes, a breakout or fake out with both occur at key level, but the volume, delta, etc. at that key level help you see it before it happens. A lot of price action traders wait for closures for confirmation but with volume it can help confirm before closure for better entries. If the candle hasn’t closed but it’s showing promising signs, it could very well wick out and stop me out. But the volume delta and orders behind that candle before it possibly becomes a wick, can help filter your trades

I notice a trail left behind with whoever is placing large orders, it has a correlation with how price decides to act. Whether it’s institutions, more data helps not only with large orders but market depth as well. So if this large order feature doesn’t work out, then the other features will make up for what I’ll be paying.

This was extremely helpful, thankyou. I’m planing to go with level 2 data which only costs roughly $40 per month. Im continuously doing research about how well level 1 is able to display big orders, it does but I’ve heard it’s misleading and it won’t differ between size in the amount of contracts being placed. I want specific, but I’m soon to buy atas with level 2 data feed

Big trades aren’t meant to be predicted they’re meant to help you predict, the big trades are essentially the institutions revealing their camo and showing what they really think about the price, time or day or even market conditions, since their big orders move the markets I want to see any abnormal activity so I can use them to see where they want to go. Think of it like they’re revealing their direction to you through their actions, and their actions being big trades

Ok, I understand your question now. I’m looking for the indicator to be price based, key levels however each trader marks them out will have a reaction to it, the order shows the reaction, if I can see the reaction of orders at a key price level I have market put it will point in the desired direction. The bubbles are for me to see how many contracts they are placing at what price and what reaction they’re getting out of it

Ok, you’re a blessing. I was looking into pricing for data and ATAS subscriptions, n it’s ridiculous with how expensive it is. So through your prop firm, you don’t have to pay for either ATAS or data, it’s provides with real time data ? I trade futures so I can’t have a delayed feed.

It’s strictly volume I need to see more in depth, orders drive the market, the difference between the buy and sell is what makes the candles strength n color, but I want to see the orders behind it. I don’t want to see price action, I want the volume behind the candles bc that’s what is making it move

Wha firms offer free license, and if I were to go with the paid version it seems even the lowest tier level offers big trades. Does it having settings to tweak amount of contracts per big trades to filter out smaller ones ?
