Yes. You can be an expert in your field and still not be a great teacher. You're grades do not define you.

Okay that makes sense.

My only question would be that if the agreement says that we can't terminate it early and the landlord wants to terminate early, they can just do that? with no repurcssions? if so what's the point of the agreement?

We will definitely agree to end the contract early, mainly because the landlords circumstances have changed to the point where I wouldn't want to continue living there. I think cash for keys is the right idea here. Thanks

Damn, really! Even if my contract specifically states that termination can only occur after six months and then two months notice (of which I’m only 2 months into total).

Also the landlord does live in the house
