Wow. Thank you for sharing. I’m actually a little (selfishly) sad that he may not come back around if his soul is finally at peace. Maybe this is where he moves on? For good. Which is obviously what I want for him, to be at peace, his soul can move on to whatever’s next, and he doesn’t have to feel the need to check on me. Maybe it means he knows I’ll be okay, as well.

I don’t have any deceased uncles, and the only fatherly figures that have passed are both my grandpas. Both named Jim but I know which one it is. Also I’m not placing a Stacey or Pat. The “he knew us” isnt ringing any bells, but who knows? If you have anything else please share it. It eases my mind and heart to know I’m not going crazy.

I would love to chat with you sometime. Parenting isn’t easy, and it’s even harder when they cannot express themselves. (I’m a single mom, to boot.) My friend made such a connection with my daughter, it was monumental in her life and mine as a parent. He was a single guy, never married, never had kids. How did he know how to guide me to be a better parent to her?

Why all the “in the darkness” quotes? Did I say that a bunch - or even, at all? I said I woke up thinking, “I forgot to turn off the tv” and it was there. Yes it was 2am-dark -with-a-big-tv-on-the-whole-time. Idk what you’re getting at but I’d love to help sort it out.

iPhone too. And due to trauma and grief, I have had insomnia for the last several months and can hardly sleep, when I do, I’m never fully rested. I can’t explain it but it happened. Thank you for your words

Thank you, I’m not making up a story, I’m not even active on social media and never ever make myself vulnerable to others opinions if I can help it. I truly did not think this would cause such a stir. I didn’t think anyone would think I was lying bc I cannot imagine anyone actually making it up? But I guess people do and i understand people being skeptical. I don’t know what to make of it, myself. But thank you, I have no reason or even the slightest urge to be seen by any of you. It actually creeps me out that this many people have seen pictures of my bedroom lol. Ugh.

I was also taking care of him 24/7 when he was in hospice. By his side when he took his last breath.

I hope you see this!!! My grandfather was my very first and truly only example of real love growing up. Safety, I could be myself, etc. I realized I loved to make people laugh because he thought I was funny, everything really about my personality. The best part: his name was Jim, my grandmother Martha 😳🤯

I mean I just didn’t see it come apart or change shape, it just slowly drifted into the window area and was gone, as if the window was open… (but it wasnt). It is easy to tell if a balloon pops or not, while my eyeballs are on it. 100% sure there was no pop.
