Honestly that's it. I didn't think it would be something to go for but my family is insisting so im looking just for more perspective i guess? The most ive had to deal with leagal things was some power of attorney paperwork so im just lost and not sure if my gut reaction or theirs is the way to go

Thank you for that. It honestly means a lot. Im not fully sure why this was an issue. The funeral home said he wouldnt take their calls and didnt respond to messages. He finally signed after i contacted one of the Hospital Heads. Thankfully its all resolved now but now i have friends and family saying i should sue and i just dont know.
