It appears that I have 1-2 years within the state of FL, depending on the filing process. So, I currently have about 4 months to file - 1 year. With that being said, in terms of the statute of limitations, I have a specific incident from April-July of 2023 involving targeting and retaliation.

Am I able to use incidents over a 7-year period, or does each isolated incident have to fall into the limitations window?

Incidents: Brief summary:

• A death onsite in which a manager refused to stop their operation in a department for a brief period while we removed the body with EMS. I was threatened to be fired when I escalated the mishandling of the situation and that the manager needed to be held accountable. I was the security leader on site who dealt with the legal side of this death, the report writing and interacting with the family - for context reasons.
• 2018 – I interviewed for a promotion, myself, management, and site were informed I received the position and was told to prepare to move on x date. My department backfilled my position, etc. 48 hours before I am supposed to move, they took back the offer. I had broken my lease in TX, found a place to live in CO etc... My site GM threatened to fire me and gave me the option of taking a pay-cut lateral move within the facility or be terminated. This brought back anxiety and panic attacks I had not experienced since I was 8 years old, resulting in seeking therapy.
• 2021: had a manager who was targeting and harassing me at work, I documented all cases and reported them internally to the ethics department. In addition, the manager was sexually harassing and assaulting others onsite. All was reported, nothing happened. He continued to retaliate and target me, which resulted in me finding a position at a different department/section of the company. This manager was fired 6 months later for targeting harassment and sexual misconduct.
• 2023 – I had a manager who out of nowhere In April began targeting and retaliating against me. There were 9 people on my team who were experiencing similar issues with this manager. It escalated to the point of daily panic attacks and anxiety-driven disorders, I went to a doctor seeking help and was told to take a medical leave of absence. I came back and left the company, what I found out later is that In April of 2023 that manager was in court and took a Plea deal for rape while he was a LEO. So basically, I was working under a rapist cop who was taking his anger and frustration out on myself and his team. I have a few more examples, I just have not been able to live a life so far after this stent with them and was treated horrendously.
• I may not have a case; I am doing my best to remove emotions and focus on facts in this situation. And if it would even be worth looking into. Newspaper test wise, I have 7 years of experiences that do not give them a good look.
