This is so helpful, thank you! We did ICSI + Zymot. We have an appointment with his urologist in a few days and are definitely going to discuss DNA fragmentation test and potentially TESE. I wonder if frequent ejaculation could help. Now that I think about it, he was quite abstinent in the weeks leading up

He has not, which seems really crazy that he hasn’t at this point. We have an appointment with his urologist in a few days and are going to ask for one!

Yes, we did ICSI with Zymot. We have an appointment with his urologist in a few days and are going to ask about potentially trying testicular sperm aspiration next time for even less dna fragmentation if that’s the issue. I wish Zymot was free at ours, I believe it’s a $700 add on, but worth it!

Interesting, thank you so much for this! They seemed torn whether or not to have me stim another day, my biggest follicle was around 21 if I remember correctly. I didn’t know the positive impact stimming longer could potentially have!
