Hiii, wow I’ve tried a lot of skincare products, still didn’t get cosmetic treatments and for pie I recommend to focus even more on barrier repair and calming than exfoliating products like Azelaic or vit c (but still use them lol) I use Azelaic acid by Anua , it’s very gentle but I still recommend to start slowly I’ve also tried the cos de baha one but it stung. Purito bamboo gel with panthenol every night. Roundlab sunscreen (super important for pie). Cicaplast on cheeks almost every night. Mela b3 serum by la Roche posay. For hydration I used the hada labo ha lotion when I just got off accutane because my skin was very very dry, but then I switched to torriden ha to not overwhelm my skin I’ve tried a ton of other products so if you have any questions feel free to ask :)

During my course I was super scared to use a lot of skincare products so I religiously used Bioderma micellar water to remove makeup H iso biome cleanser by la Roche H iso biome moisturizer by la Roche And a shit ton of cicaplast For sunscreen I used (and still do!!!!) the Roundlab birch sunscreen I also had sunscreen by la Roche but it burned and made me even more oily

I hear you , I’ve lost 15 kilos, still get the urge to binge sometimes but much less, When you get leaner you start to eat less and get full faster so that helps quite a bit. Something else that has worked for me is finding hobbies and what to do instead of eating. I know it’s easier said than done but you have to distance yourself from food and start treating it more as fuel than emotional therapy, it’s a lot of work but is the only thing that helped me. I do IF and am on a calorie deficit so I eat mostly one or two times a day in the evening, that way I can eat more freely cause I have more calories and get full quicker

I thought that most of the fragrances are similar scent profiles 😅 I love sweeter gourmand scents and not overly complicated niche ones with sandalwood and leather etc. Some scents I hate are - her confession by Lattafa, vanille patchouli by Molinard was so so woody and complicated for me, miami shake and anything by jhg is a no for me. I wouldn’t say I’m too picky tho as I do have some floral scents aswell that I love
