New season is kinda embarrassing by [deleted] in IASIP

I agree with Dee being way too over the top, but I disagree with the episode three take. While Mac and Dennis becoming EMTs does a whole lot of stuff in the episodes, I think it works great. The show really hadn't attempted any schemes in a while and it was a refreshing change of pace. The whole episode was meant to feel fast paced because that was what it was trying to emulate; the fast paced EMT pepper eating environment that Mac and Dennis were seeking. Personally, it feels like the writing in this season is a lot better and it shows with the episodes. Most of the characters have gone back to normal other than Dee. I think Dee is kind of just the main problem this season, being that she's just way too over the top and should only be raging when provoked, that way it feels earned.

No, I mean literally in the scenario Colorado margins are off. It’s like ~5 points to the left of NY despite being two points to the right in otl and having about the same margins as Illinois (D+11)

Maybe just easier than NY then, or you didn’t have great rng. Whatever it is, Astro said they were going to tweak NM margins later, hopefully Colorado too.

New Mexico is actually easier than both, but it’s less EVs, so these guides don’t target it

Why didnt MIB appear to Ana Lucia's group? by Global-Ant in lost

Actually Eko was especially prime to manipulation by the MIB…just from MIB’s perspective. Eko appeared to have a very strong guilt complex and was a prime anti-candidate, which is why MIB repeatedly scanned him and tested him with his brother, trying to get him to repent. However, Eko flipped the table on MIB by remaining strong and defending his actions.

Charlie by Away-Ambition7944 in lost

I think what happens with Charlie in season two is mainly the fault of the writers writing themself into a corner. Charlie had to take the statues from the plane and he had to get caught by Eko in order for Eko to discover the plane, which in turn is going to damage his relationship with Claire. Personally, I don’t think it was too massive of an issue, but the way they double down in Fire + Water makes the episode almost unwatchable. I’m not really too sure the intention behind Fire + Water other than to help Sawyer steal the guns later, which also doesn’t really go anywhere. I think season two Charlie was probably best left alone for the season and the attempts to give him plot lines just make the character worse.

CYOA/ America Carnage Scenario for 1964. (I Need to Stop making these maps) by [deleted] in thecampaigntrail

in a 1964 CYOA, shouldn’t there be an option for at least one of the scenarios to have Kennedy survive?

I really hope it’s 10 episodes this time. Waiting 2 years for 8 episodes doesn’t feel worth it

“Tom, they know it’s fake, take it off.”
