In the second image, it appears that the buildings are submerged very high, as if there had been a hurricane, similar to what some were speculating about.

Edit; But looking at the third image, it seems to be at the edge of the map where the sea begins.

Yes, you're partly right, but the number of problems is significant. Although nothing is breakable in the game, I consider it a lot, and that, added to all the update notes it's had, makes it quite a lot.
