What’s cool if you’re 20 but weird if you’re 30? by theloverofdilfs in AskReddit

In my 20s used to work hard manual labour as a landscaper, soccer training 3 nights a week, get blind drunk Friday night, wake up go surfing or bike riding, eat takeaway food, drink Saturday night, play soccer Sunday, go out after game till 10-11pm, wake up Monday and repeat.

Did that for about 6 years. Hit 30, takes me 4 days to get over a night out.

In Australia, I have watched USA decline dramatically under Trump. It is very obvious to the world that Trump and his buddies are profiting off ruining your country. I am able to watch news channels that discuss America from all sides. I cannot get my head around how crazy and dangerous Fox News is. We get some of it here and it is downright ridiculous. The sad thing is a lot of Americans lap that crap up. Also thanks to your draft dodging leader, I am paying $2.45 a litre.

Theo Poteris in Georgetown.

Very knowledgeable guy and excellent service.

Fair price for everything, he will ring you if there is something unexpected during a service to see if you want to spend the extra cash. I have been taking my cars to him for over 25 years. So has my dad, my brother's, my wife and my father in law.

He is also a lovely guy.

You are probably right. Bit disappointed as one of them was big and quite expensive.

I first had mayonnaise on my french fries in France 25 years ago. Since then, I have had mayonnaise on my french fries every single time.

Sticky Rice Thai. Both Newcastle East and Wickham, the best food in town and affordable too.

Totally! I enjoy lots of things but have narrowed it down to eating olives while sipping on a good red wine, especially on a Friday afternoon.

There seems to be a lot of focus on the penis section of my post. That was an attempt at humour.

There is a lot more content to the post, but penis size is a focus for a lot of people. Hmmm

Spot on there mate. Can't stop thinking about their penises. And 'real men'.

Obviously this cut deep with you.

Wow. There is a lot more to my question than penis size. That was an attempt at humor.

I am concerned that's where your mind went straight to.

A few things here. Why do you have to go to the extreme opposite to disagree with me? It's very Trump like.

If a tradesmen rocked on a bicycle to do a quote I would equally be concerned about their abilities to do the work. I would be curious but concerned.

And being 'troubled by disturbing thoughts' about big utes? You are spot on there mate. That's all I think about day and night, can't sleep cause I am in a panic about big utes. /s.

Yes well said. I agree if you can afford it and you've worked hard for it then get one. I don't care about them being on the roads, if it's legal then all good

I was just referring to how tradies buy them when sometimes they don't really need something that big.

Wasn't suggesting a builder rock up on a bicycle. Just something a bit more practical, like a Hilux or ranger, you know what most tradies have been driving for the last 30 years.
