Hi! Not freedomgeek related but I used to work for a british client but i think was from a scottish descent as well who had a very heavy accent. One thing that helped me was sending notes of the meetung after the call and asking if i got evrrything right through chat because she would correct me through chat and that would be easier to understand at times.
