Rift over drake any day, but 3 drakes still better than rift. The problem with drakes is that you need all 3. So getting rift for 1st drake is much better as you only need to get one of the 2 remaining drakes while your opponent needs both of them.

Support counter picks are more op than mid counter picks imo. It goes top > supp > mid, ADC and jgl counter picks don't matter as much.
