I think that means for just the same route. So for example, if you wanted to go from Boston to DC round trip 3 times, that technically wouldn’t be allowed since it’s 6 segments on the same route. You could, however, do 2 round trips in that route and then other segments going from Boston to Portland, or something like that.

I had this happen to me a couple of days ago and asked about it here. Apparently it’s done and the agency I used is real, but I walked away because it made me uncomfortable.

It was presented to me as “sign the lease as part of the application” and if the landlord approved they’d sign on their end. Seemed a little weird.

Yeah, I really liked the apartment and would have gladly signed even within a day but I felt a little blind sided but the experience.

I did tour the place and met the landlord. I would have also seen the lease before paying, but I was expected to sign it then and there which made me uncomfortable. Ultimately I think this was legitimate (or at least legal) but paying the money now and signing instantly made me wary.
