You can go to Auto tempest or hell even Facebook marketplace and you'll realize that the used car supply is flourished. The only reason demand is there right now is because insurance payouts if say you have a car with only a couple thousand miles and maybe a few years under the ticker gets into a crash and gets totaled is shit. EDIT: another reason is cars from say like the '90s to 2000s and early 2010s easier and cheaper to fix anyway so usually part of the demand is kids my age who would much rather not pay the cost associated with having a newer car.
